Student National Medical Association (SNMA) Minority Association of Pre-Medical Students (MAPS) involves inclusiveness, mentorship, opportunity, and community. The objective of MAPS is to foster a close relationship among underrepresented, pre-medical and pre-health students, faculty at the University of Massachusetts Amherst, along with medical professionals to encourage leadership and acquaint students with the requirements necessary for pursuing the medical and pre-health profession. We are dedicated to uplifting underrepresented groups, underserved communities, and on a mission to curve health disparities by representation.
