A 750 meter swim, a 12.5 mile bike, and a 5k run. A great starting point! You need to do the sprint before you can make your way up.
The race our athletes will be doing at nationals with almost a mile swim, a 25 mile bike, and a 10k run.
It might be a half but this race is no joke! It is a 1.2 mile swim, a 56 mile bike, and a 13.1 mile run.
If you can run a marathon after swimming 2.4 miles and biking 112 miles - you can do anything!
Ultras are for the best of the best. These races can take anywhere from 3 to 20 days!!
