Hi Everyone,

We can not thank you enough for your incredibly generous donations and the outpouring of support for this team and our trip. We have made it almost halfway to our goal and we still have over a week to go! We very grateful to have this support behind us from family and friends; you guys are the best!

To pick up the pace of our fundraising efforts, the team has begun to reach out to local businesses. We have already received donations from Bruno's Pizza, Sunset Grill and Pizza, and we can't thank them enough for supporting our team and UMass Club Sports. As we continue our local business outreach, we ask that you continue to share the MinuteFund with your friends and family as well as any businesses that you know of who may be willing to donate.

We are proud to announce that our registration fees are paid and our hotels booked! However, we still need to raise about $3000 to fully cover all of our expenses. We are hosting a fundraising event at LIT Night Club in Amherst this Tuesday and we are also in the process of applying for emergency funding from the Student Government Association. We may not get much funding from these efforts, so please continue to share the MinuteFund page and encourage donations from any friends and family who want to be a part of this special trip. The last thing we want to do is have each player pay about $130 just to make the trip.

Once again, thank you to all of you who have been incredibly generous to us in your donations. Without you we would not be anywhere close to our fundraising goals and perhaps not even making the trip to Rochester next week.
