Cheerleading

While it’s been over a year of uncertainty and challenges, we’ve found ways to overcome those and stay committed to our pursuit of academic and athletic success.  This year UMass cheer took on the challenge of competing in UCA Virtual College Nationals. Coming out of semifinals our team is sitting in second place for Game Day and third place for Traditional competition. We have overcome so many obstacles this year and to have the ability to compete our entire program at this prestigious event was a highlight of our 2021 season.

We ask that you show your commitment to the team with a gift during the 2021 UMass Gives Campaign (April 29-30).  To those who have already supported us this year, thank you for your donation.  Please consider another small gift to participate during this initiative, or encourage an alumni, team member or friend to join this year’s effort.  We’ve set a target of 150 total donors for the two-day giving period.  Please help us hit the mark!
