UMass Dance Team Nationals 2022

Every year, UMass Dance Team travels to Daytona Beach Florida to compete in the NDA National Competition representing our school in Division IA Jazz. This past summer, we competed at NDA qualifying camp in which we received 1st Place Division IA in our Game Day Routine, 1st Place Division IA in Team Dance, Most Spirited, and Most Collegiate in the Northeast as well as a Gold Bid for Nationals.

Due to COVID-19, our team has not competed since 2019, but we are ready for our comeback! Since we go against the best collegiate dance teams in the country who receive extensive funding, we must fundraise as much as possible to be able to compete at the same level. Costs of travel, transportation, competition fees, and hotels as well as preparation of costumes, choreography, etc. money raised through the Minutefund will greatly relieve these costs so that we can succeed in Daytona.
