Also, this trip has sparked lots of excitement from students, alums, faculty and more -- so much so that we're looking into hosting an informal alumni reception while the students are in NYC. This addition would allow our students to explore the UN during the day and hear about the varied career paths of Political Science and Legal Studies majors by night! Stay tuned!

Thank you, thank you, thank you! We reached our goal in just about half the time, and so *our students are going to the UN*!!

Our fundraiser will stay live for the next few weeks and any funds raised beyond our original $3000 goal will be used to provide additional networking opportunities for these students, including a reception with department alumni the evening of March 30.
