UMass Club Swimming

Who is UMCS?

We are a swimming club of around 100 members, with the main goal of giving all of our swimmers opportunities to compete in the sport they love. We partake in numerous travel meets around the country, with locations varying from New England to even Arizona! It is our responsibility to ensure that anyone who wants to compete at meets and large competitions has the ability to. We have swimmers from many backgrounds, some swam for high school and others swam since they were 8 years old.

Why Donate?

We want our swimmers to experience high energy meets and travel to further states. With this campaign, we aim to raise money to take roughly 24 swimmers to compete at CCS Eastern Regionals this semester! Last year was our first time attending Regionals, and we want to make this a tradition for our team.

How Can You Support?

With the money raised from this campaign, our swimmers will partake in a Swimathon during one of our practices! Essentially, for every donation we receive, we will swim a set distance because of your contribution. However many donations we collect will determine how many cumulative yards we swim as a team at a practice. The details will be explained under “Levels”, with each donation going directly towards our Regionals funding.

For example, $1,000 raised = 10,000 yards for the team to complete at a practice!
