UMass Dance Marathon is a nonprofit student-run organization supporting the families affiliated with the Children’s Miracle Network. The Children’s Miracle Network brings together families with children receiving critical treatment for cancer and life-threatening medical conditions during long periods of time. We provide funds for Baystate Children’s Hospital, which receives zero federal funds from the state; we are Baystate’s biggest donor. This past year, we have struggled to meet our fundraising goals, making it difficult for us to coordinate Dance Marathon in the future. We need your help to continue the fight against cancer and life-threatening illnesses. Your donation will establish stronger operations at Baystate, support families struggling with finances to care for their children, pay for unexpected hospital visits, and help save lives. We want to reach our goal of $1,100 by the end of October.
