2013 Class Gift: Old Chapel Renovation

Support the 2013 Old Chapel Renovation Project

During our senior year, members of the Class of 2013 came together to contribute to the fund to renovate the Old Chapel as our class gift. Built in 1885, the chapel served as a library, assembly hall and heart of what was then the Massachusetts Agricultural College campus. Although renovations to the Old Chapel began earlier this month to meet
current building codes and serve today's needs on the campus, funds are still needed to complete the project so that it is ready to reopen in the fall of 2016.

This year, the Class of 2013 is coming together again in support of Old Chapel.  So far this year, 192 members of the Class of 2013 have made a gift to the university.  Make your gift today in support of the old Chapel renovation and help us reach 400 donors from the Class of 2013 by June 30th!

Double our Donors and Double Your Gift!

The UMass Amherst Foundation board has agreed to MATCH EVERY GIFT MADE BY MEMBERS OF THE CLASS OF 2013, DOLLAR FOR DOLLAR.   Help us double our number of donors and double your gift!

Your Participation Matters

Think about it.  Your gift, whether it's $10, $20, $50, or $100, will be combined with others from our class and then matched, resulting in double the dollars for Old Chapel. And, since U.S. News and World Report uses alumni giving participation rates as a measure to determine university rankings, giving ANY amount will improve our rankings and help increase the value of your diploma.

Please make your gift today and help us reach our goal of 400 donors from the Class of 2013!

If you'd like to support another area of campus besides Old Chapel, you can do so at www.umass.edu/give.  Wherever you designate your gift, it will be matched!
