Thank you so much for your support last year- because of you, we CRUSHED our MinuteFund goal for the 2024-25 season! My name is Blake Mallah, I'm the Director of Fundraising for UMass Mock Trial this year, and I want to tell you about some of the amazing things we were able to do with your help:

We went to two regional competitions, Brown and Princeton, and won bids to the Opening Round Championship Series (ORCS) at BOTH of them! That meant we got to take TWO teams to ORCS in Washington, DC and Geneva, Illinois. That's the first time in the history of this program we've taken two teams that far in the competition! It's also the farthest we've ever traveled, and we wouldn't have been able to make it there without your donations last year. You helped us pay for plane tickets, hotel rooms, gas, food, and competition materials. None of the sucess we had last season would have even been possible without your support!

We're back again this year and we've hit the ground running- we already have THREE FIRST PLACE invitational trophies and one second place trophy, as well as FIFTEEN INDIVIDUAL AWARDS! We're headed back to Brown University for one regional tournament, where we will no doubt repeat our success. We're also going to a new regionals for us at Utica University, and we're going to take the competition by STORM! This season, we hope to be representing UMass Amherst at Nationals, but we can't do that without your help...

For the Season of Giving, we're doing another MinuteFund Fundraiser! Your support was so overwhelming last year that we upped the ante a bit to $3,000.
